How Much Is Shipping?
Shipping is calculated based on the weight of your order.
When Will My Order Ship?
Your order will ship out within 7 business days. No shipping on holidays.
Tracking numbers will be on orders once it is shipped out. Tracking info is sent to the email address you provided. We ship with USPS.
FIRST CLASS/USPS LETTER MAIL: Takes up to 10 business days. (This option does not provide any package insurance).
PRIORITY MAIL: Takes 1-3 business days. PRIORITY MAIL EXPRESS: Takes 1-3 business days A.M delivery. (These listed timeframe starts after our processing time of up to 7 business days).
All orders are shipped from the Sunshine State of Florida.
NOTE: Once USPS has control of the package RAE Designs is not responsible for it’s whereabouts. If there are any delays in delivery once the package has been shipped you will need to contact USPS.
Where Is My Order?
When your order has been fulfilled and shipped you will receive an email with tracking information. Once USPS receives and scans your order it becomes the responsibility of USPS. If you need your tracking information, please send us an email and we will send your number to you. We can track it for you but it will be quicker for you to track it. If your order is delayed it is the responsibility of USPS. We hope that you understand that we will not refund any portion of your order as a result of being delayed through USPS. If your package is missing we can assist you with a claim but cannot issue a new shipment until a claim has been filed, we have the information, and the issue has been resolved.
My Items Arrived Damaged?
Once package has been scanned by delivery service for shipment, all delivery claims and disputes must be handled between buyer and shipping company.
If during shipping, your package is delayed, lost or damaged because of Mother Nature’s bad weather, any other natural disaster, any unpredictable or unpleasant circumstances, we are not responsible for it and will not issue a replacement.
We do our best to carefully pack, using protective packages and to ship your order out in a timely manner. We will not compensate for any loss or damages caused by delays or any mishandling of your package by the shipping carrier or otherwise.
Please understand that it is not in our hands and we cannot guarantee a timely delivery or a fully intact package. If the shipping carrier fails to deliver the package on time or delivers package damaged please file all claims with shipping company. First class mail does not carry insurance, as such claims for late, damages or lost mail cannot be filed on those packages
I Received A Wrong Item/Missing An Item:
Please open your package when it arrives, all claims must be filed within 3 business days of receiving your shipment (we can track it).
To start a claim the requirements are as follows:
Email pictures of your invoice, packaging and entire order to support@revivefamilyandwellness.com
Provide your name, order number, and phone number in the email.
We will repack and weigh your items to check for discrepancies in the weight in order to tell if items were left out.
We do accept returns and exchanges if the item is damaged or sent in error. We are not responsible for shipping and will not pay shipping for exchanges due to customer error.
I Paid For My Order, But I Would Like To Cancel My Order. How Do I Go About Getting A Refund?
Send us an email (support@revivefamilyandwellness.com ) within 24 hours and let us know which item(s) need to be refunded. Please note that any order that has been processed and/or shipped is not eligible for a refund.
